李荣鑫，暨南大学国际关系学院/华侨华人研究院讲师。2021年于巴黎第八大学政治学院/巴黎社会与政治研究中心（Centre de Recherches Sociologiques et Politiques de Paris，CNRS 7217）获政治学博士学位。2021至2023年于北京大学政府管理学院/中国政治学研究中心从事博士后/助理研究员工作。2023年2月至7月于柏林自由大学东亚研究院访学。Annual Review of Sciences of the Democracies（阿姆斯特丹大学出版社）创刊人，担任Journal of Deliberative Democracy，Palgrave Macmillan Global Academic Publishing (Asian Pacific, The Middle East, Latin America and Africa），Journal of New Political Science等期刊审稿人。

曾在Springer Nature，Palgrave Macmillan出版专著两部，论文在China Perspective, Economic and Political Studies, Theory and Practice of Legislation, Telos, 中国治理评论，北大政治学评论等发表。

Li Rongxin, an assistant professor at the School of International Studies/Academy of Overseas Chinese Studies, Jinan University, earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Department of Political Science at the Université Vincennes à Saint-Denis/Centre de Recherches Sociologiques et Politiques de Paris, CNRS 7217 in 2021. Between 2021 and 2023, Dr. Li served as a postdoctoral fellow/assistant researcher at the School of Government and Research Center for Chinese Studies, Peking University. Additionally, from February to July 2023, he conducted a research visit at the Institute of East Asian Studies, Free University of Berlin.

Dr. Li is the founder of the Annual Review of Sciences of the Democracies, published by Amsterdam University Press. He is serving as a reviewer for journals, including the Journal of Deliberative Democracy, Palgrave Macmillan Global Academic Publishing (Asian Pacific, The Middle East, Latin America, and Africa), and the Journal of New Political Science. Dr. Li has authored two monographs published by Springer Nature and Palgrave Macmillan, and his articles have been featured in journals such as China Perspective, Economic and Political Studies, Theory and Practice of Legislation, Telos, China Governance Review, and Peking University Political Review.
