嘉宾简介：Klaus Segbers，德国柏林自由大学政治学系教授、全球政治中心主任，主要研究领域包括外交政策分析、国际关系学研究，特别是全球国际政治经济事务研究。相关研究成果包括：2006年German-Russian Relations in the Early Twenty-first Century. Some Reflections on Normalcy，2005年Public Problems, Private Solutions? Globalizing Cities in the South；Introduction- City Region between Global Competitiveness and Internal Viability: The difficult Road toward New Forms of Governance.等。此外，Klaus Segbers教授是国际事务研究所（ISA）、美国斯拉夫研究促进会（AAASS）等世界范围内相关研究机构的成员。
