嘉宾简介/Introduction：

黄严忠教授是美国外交事务委员会的高级研究员。黄教授同时也是西东大学(Seton Hall University)的教授，以及西东大学外交和国际关系学院全球健康研究中心主任。在此，黄教授第一次在美国专业的国际关系学院明确提出了外交政策和安全方面的健康问题。

Prof. Yanzhong Huang is a senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations. He is also professor and director of global health studies at the School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University. Prof. Huang has written extensively on global health governance, heath diplomacy and health security, and public health in China and East Asia. He has published numerous reports, journal articles, and book chapters, including articles in Survival, Foreign Affairs, Bioterrorism and Biosecurity, etc.
