嘉宾简介：

Klaus Segbers，德国柏林自由大学政治学系教授、全球政治中心主任，主要研究领域包括外交政策分析、国际关系学研究，特别是全球国际政治经济事务研究。相关研究成果包括：2006年German-Russian Relations in the Early Twenty-first Century：Some Reflections on Normalcy, 2005年Public Problems, Private Solutions?: Globalizing Cities in the South以及2005年Intoduction–City Regions Between Global Competitiveness and Internal Viability: The difficult Road Toward New Forms of Governance等。此外，Prof.Segbers是国际事务研究所（ISA）等世界范围内相关研究机构的成员。

在学术领域上，Prof.Segbers还致力于推广知识构建与传递的创新理念，包括发展在国际范畴内的网络教学与混合式学习项目。目前，德国自由柏林大学已与暨南大学、中国人民大学、上海复旦大学以及上海社会科学院四所院校分别签订了博士联合培养协议，Prof.Segbers就该项目的学生学术交流做了实质性的推进。

Klaus Segbers holds the Chair of Political Science at the Institute for East European Studies and is professor for International Relations at the Otto-Suhr-Institute for Political Science (OSI) at FU Berlin. His academic expertise extends to the areas of Foreign Policy Analysis and International Relations, in particular International Political Economy and issues of Globalization. Furthermore, he focuses on designing innovative concepts of knowledge-building and transfer, including the development of education and blended learning programs in international contexts.
