菲律宾大学政治学教授，菲律宾人民赋权治理中心政策研究部主任，长期从事菲律宾政治研究，同时也是媒体专栏作家和评论家，曾发表或主编多部著作。
Professor Bobby Tuazon is currently the Director for Policy Studies,Center for People Empowerment in Governance (CenPEG) as well as professor ofthe University of the Philippines. He formerly served as Chairman, PoliticalScience Program, University of the Philippines (UP), Manila and was awarded sixtimes as Most Outstanding Faculty, UP, Manila. He wrote and published at least300 political analyses, scholarly and conference papers, co-author and editorof 15 books, including Fraud: Gloria M.Arroyo and the May 2004 Elections (2006); Oligarchic Politics: Elections and the Party-List System in thePhilippines (2007); DissectingCorruption: Philippine Perspectives (2007); The Moro Reader: History and Contemporary Struggles of the BangsamoroPeople (2008); The CenPEG Report: Onthe May 2010 Automated Elections in the Philippines (2010); 12 Years of the Party-List System:Marginalizing People’s Representation (2011); Was Your Vote Counted? Unveiling the Myths about the PhilippineAutomated Elections (2013); and PolicyIssues: From Gloria to Noynoy (2014). He has extensive experience in thePhilippines and foreign media as publisher, editor, opinion columnist, andcommentator. His fields of interest and policy research includes foreign policyand international relations; political parties and electoral reform; governanceand corruption.
